Personal Data
Personal Data comprises information linked to an individual that permits the identification of that particular User. Via ad tags and cookies, we gather information about You. -Data processed concerning Clients, Users, and advertising (Device and Connection Information) Details of Your IP (Internet Protocol) Address, geo-location, RTB protocols (e.g., IFA), User-Agent, and activity including accessed pages, including URLs of websites or names of applications accessed. User’s device details and the context of where it is seen, related to URLs and applications, are essential for general ad targeting advertising. These elements of a User’s browser or device are available for targeting but are not made available to target a User individually. Where ads may be targeted directly to a User – commonly called “retargeting”, in service of an advertiser or merchant whose website or app a User may have interacted with previously, clear and informed consent will be collected by the Clients before such retargeting techniques will be activated.
-Purchasing Services – To avail Services from us, You will be asked to provide Your contact information, such as Your full name, email address, billing information, and any other purchase-related information.
-Technical/Entry Information – We maintain records that include Your IP (Internet Protocol) Address, User’s activity including accessed pages, and the information entered for the purposes of fraud detection and security auditing.
-User Information: This encompasses data about how You utilize the Website and the Platform. It may incorporate connectivity, technical and aggregated usage information, IP addresses, device details (such as type, OS, device ID, browser version, locale and language settings utilized), approximate geolocation.
-Raw Information. For statistical and operational purposes, we may accumulate and process raw data from our Clients’ requests acquired during RTB auctions. When our Client avails our Services, we process only their statistical tracking details, containing non-identifiable data as provided by our Clients’ use of our Product and Services as Data Controllers (State-level geolocation only). We also process raw data from requests obtained during RTB. Nonetheless, we strive to ensure our sub-processors employ suitable technical and organizational measures to safeguard the protection and retention of Data Subjects.
