Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Windows OS (10,11) and Windows Server (16,19,21).
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting office infrastructure components: DNS, Active Directory, DHCP, and DFS.
- Setting up and maintaining a basic office network: LAN/WAN. Familiarity with Cisco/Fortigate/Checkpoint equipment and security is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in PC hardware handling.
- Fundamental understanding of cloud technology, Google Apps, and basic knowledge of AWS and Linode.Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in roles of similar capacity.
- High proficiency in English – compulsory.
- An initiative-taker and a rapid learner.
- Exceptional skills in verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal interactions.
- Robust communication skills.
