Business Development & Partnership Manager

Description: At Prommatic, we're seeking a Business Development & Partnership Manager to oversee our Search activity partnerships. We need a relationship maestro with a sharp analytical mind, capable of ensuring the success of our partners through diligent relationship management, performance monitoring, and data-driven optimization. This role also entails achieving quarterly targets and fostering prospect identification, pitch development, relationship building, negotiation, and deal closure. We seek a creative thinker who can carry these responsibilities with flair.

Responsibilities:

- Be the linchpin for our publishers, building robust, enduring relationships while staying at the forefront of Search monetization trends.
- Conduct detailed analysis and optimization of product performance, facilitating clear communication on campaign deployment.
- Develop presentations, forecasts, and growth plans.
- Conduct competitive research on our competitors’ partnerships, formulating long-term partnerships, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, collaborating with sales to achieve quarterly targets.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, R&D, and BI teams to maximize performance for your clients.
- Represent our activities at conferences and client meetings.
- Lead, plan, and manage the company's entire sales cycle.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships and seek opportunities for upselling budgets and business expansion.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Account Management experience in the ad tech industry.
- A blend of excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, complemented by a technical orientation.- Fluent English – both written and spoken.
- Possess a business and sales mindset, creative thinking, and a consultative approach to client needs.
- Self-starter who can influence others and hold them accountable for results.
- Experience managing international clients and familiarity with online advertising – Advantage.
- Prior experience as a Product/Project Manager or in Operations – Advantage.
